Kundalini Yoga

Tuesdays  6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

This challenging class balances and strengthens the whole system: body, mind and spirit on a very deep level. Students will practice physically and mentally demanding kriyas (physical exercises), advanced pranayama (breath work), and extended meditations and chants.  The benefits include raised energy levels, mental clarity, intuitive awareness, calmness, and a sense of well-being.

Beginners welcome, however, best suited for Intermediate and Advanced students

Kundalini Yoga with the Yoga of Sound

Thursdays 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

This class features short and invigorating Kundalini kriyas that prepare students for a profound, powerful and personal experience with the Yoga of Sound. Chants are drawn form the Yogi Bhajan tradition as well as from Sanskrit Vedic, Tantric, and devotional Bhakti sources that I have been studying with Russill Paul. No need to worry about being able to “sing” ~ chanting is about vibrating, not singing.

Suitable for all levels of experience
